Stainless-steel blade

• Our cutler makes the blade entirely by hand.
• Damasteel Björksman Twist is a stainless Damascus steel produced in Sweden by Damasteel®. It is made by layering two high-performance steels (RWL34 and PMC27), then twisting them to create a regular, contrasting spiral pattern. Corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain, it provides a durable cutting edge and a strongly defined appearance.
• The flat grind provides excellent versatility for different cutting tasks.

Arizona ironwood-burl handle

• Arizona ironwood burl is a rare wood from the deserts of the south-western United States. This dense timber, among the hardest in the world, is distinguished by twisted, contrasting veins ranging from light brown to deep black. The burl further enhances the material’s visual character, creating shifting and sometimes turbulent patterns.
• The scales are mounted over a blue-white-red fibreglass spacer with peened stainless-steel rivets, providing strength and durability.
• Our craftsman shapes the Chef Knife handle by hand in our workshop in Thiers.

Appearance and details

• The blade receives a buffed finish for a refined appearance.
• The polished, glossy handle adds a more polished touch.
• Our craftsman engraves his logo on the blade to sign his work.
